W6 Parents Evening 2018

W6 Parents Evening 2018

News
This Wednesday January 17th, W6 are holding a parents evening for all Year 12 & 13 students to attend with their parents. The evening commences from 4:30pm - parking is available in the main academy car park. We look forward to seeing everyone there! ‘Wear It Festive’ for St Barnabas House

News
On Friday 15th December, all W6 students are invited to raise money for a local charity, and wear festive attire for the day, along with the rest of the school. Students can bring in just £1 in addition to wearing their festive knits, with all proceeds going to St Barnabas House, a local charitable hospice based in Worthing, West Sussex. We look forward to having some festive fun, alongside raising money for a great cause. More information can be found on our Facebook page "SRWA Sixth Form" - join in the discussion. "Wear it Festive for St Barnabas House this Christmas! It couldn’t be easier or more fun. Drape yourself in tinsel, don some antlers or go full Santa for the day! Get together with friends or colleagues and hold a fundraising event." We are also asking if any students

About 40 students watched the show, which encouraged younger drivers to make informed decisions when driving. What is it about? Safe Drive Stay Alive is aimed at 16-18 year-old students who are either already driving or learning to drive. It is a hard-hitting stage show that aims to reduce the number of young people who are killed or seriously injured on our roads. The show combines narrative film footage of a group of teenagers whose journey ends in tragedy with real life stories brought bravely to the stage by those people whose lives have been changed forever by a car crash. Remember: 100 minutes of enrichment
